📦 Return Policy

At Easca Engineering, we stand behind the quality of our stainless steel equipment, pumps, tanks, and process components. To ensure fairness and clarity for all customers, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for defective items or items that meet the conditions listed below.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and show no signs of installation, wear, or modification.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

3. Restocking Fee

All eligible non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative handling.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays for return shipping on all non-defective items.

  • If the item is confirmed defective upon inspection, Easca Engineering will reimburse the shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom-fabricated parts

  • Cut or special-order lengths

  • Membranes or filters that have been opened

  • Tanks, pumps, or components that have been installed

  • Clearance or “as-is” items

  • Any product modified after delivery

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The product

    • The damage or defect

    • The packaging and freight carrier labels

  3. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

  4. Freight damage claims cannot be processed without required documentation.

Defective items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.

7. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: within 7 days of receiving the return

  • Shipping costs and restocking fees (when applicable) will be deducted from the refund unless the product is confirmed defective

8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Customers may return eligible items (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
